To save some space, icons not actually used have been erased.
In addition, note that ISO3166-1 alpha-2 country codes do not
exactly match those used for the languages as per ISO 639-2.

In particular:

		ISO 639-2	ISO3166-1 alpha-2	Icon name now
Japanese	ja		jp			Ja.png
English		en		?			En.png

For this reason, those images have been renamed to match ISO 639-2.
